Prosciutto Melon Recipe
A simple and refreshing appetizer combining sweet melon and salty prosciutto.

- 1 whole Cantaloupe or Honeydew Melon ripe
- 8 slices Prosciutto thinly sliced
1. Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.
2. Slice the melon into wedges.
3. Wrap each melon wedge with a slice of prosciutto.
4. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.
