Prickly Pear Sorbet
A refreshing and vibrant sorbet made from prickly pear fruit.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Prickly Pear Juice freshly extracted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Water
Combine prickly pear juice, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a blender. Blend until sugar is dissolved.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer the sorbet to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
