Main Ingredients
- 4 cups prickly pear juice
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 box pectin
1. Combine prickly pear juice and lemon juice in a large pot.
2. Stir in pectin and bring to a boil.
3. Add sugar and return to a boil, stirring constantly.
4. Boil for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
5. Pour into sterilized canning jars and seal.
