Ingredients 

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoon sugar

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping

Topping

  • 6 oz strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 10 oz frozen strawberries sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries. Let it cool slightly, then pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set.
