Pretzel Salad Recipe
A delicious and unique salad combining the crunch of pretzels with a creamy topping and fruity layer.

Crust
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoon sugar
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping
Topping
- 6 oz strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 10 oz frozen strawberries sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries. Let it cool slightly, then pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set.
