1. Place the granulated sugar and cornstarch in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend on high speed until the sugar turns into a fine powder.
3. Let the powdered sugar settle for a few minutes before opening the blender or food processor to avoid a sugar cloud.
4. Store in an airtight container.
