  • 4 pcs Potatoes medium-sized, washed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
