Main Ingredients
- 4 potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 onion grated
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup vegetable oil for frying
1. Grate the potatoes and onion into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the flour, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Scoop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan, flattening them into pancakes.
5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
