  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh thyme chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
