  • 1 cup Crushed Potato Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add flour, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in crushed potato chips.
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  8. Cool on wire racks.
