Ingredients 

Filling

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 package Wonton wrappers

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil. Place pot stickers in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  5. Add a small amount of water to the skillet and cover to steam the pot stickers until fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
