Pot Stickers Recipe
Delicious homemade pot stickers filled with a savory mixture of ground pork and vegetables.

Filling
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 package Wonton wrappers
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil. Place pot stickers in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
Add a small amount of water to the skillet and cover to steam the pot stickers until fully cooked.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
