Ingredients

  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms stems removed, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • ½ cup Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced Portobello mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the cumin, paprika, and garlic powder. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing the mushroom mixture on the tortillas. Top with salsa, guacamole, and chopped cilantro.
