  • 4 Portobello mushroom caps
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 Burger buns
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic powder.
  3. 3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushroom caps. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until tender and juicy.
  5. 5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers by placing a grilled mushroom cap on each bun. Add your favorite toppings and serve.
