- 4 lb Pork Shoulder
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fennel Seeds crushed
- 2 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon Thyme chopped
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Mix fennel seeds, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Rub this mixture all over the pork.
Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
