Ingredients

  • 4 lb Pork Shoulder
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fennel Seeds crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix fennel seeds, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Rub this mixture all over the pork.
  4. Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
