  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  3. Place the pork on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
