Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add the pork cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred.
6. Serve hot with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and a side salad.
