Pork Neck Bones Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork neck bones
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. Rinse the pork neck bones under cold water and pat dry.
2. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the pork neck bones and brown on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and add the salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
