  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the pork neck bones under cold water and pat dry.
  2. 2. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the pork neck bones and brown on all sides.
