Pork Lo Mein Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Pork tenderloin thinly sliced
- 200 g Lo Mein noodles cooked according to package instructions
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the pork slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
