Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shredded pork, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet until pliable.
Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Fill each tortilla with the pork mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top of the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
