Pork Chops in Garlic Mushroom Sauce
Delicious pork chops smothered in a creamy garlic mushroom sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- to taste salt and pepper
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in heavy cream and add thyme. Stir well and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
Return pork chops to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
