Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rice, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Place the pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the rice is tender.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
