Ingredients 

Dumpling Filling

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper

Dumpling Wrappers

  • 30 pieces Dumpling wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  3. 3. Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Optionally, pan-fry the steamed dumplings for a crispy bottom.
