Dumpling Filling
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 cup Chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon White pepper
Dumpling Wrappers
- 30 pieces Dumpling wrappers
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
3. Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.
4. Optionally, pan-fry the steamed dumplings for a crispy bottom.
