Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork sliced thin
  • 200 g Bamboo Shoots sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the sliced pork and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and mix well.
  6. 6. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
