Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole
A comforting and delicious casserole made with chicken, poppy seeds, and a creamy sauce.

- 4 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
- 1 cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds. Mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
