Pomegranate Kale Salad
A refreshing and healthy salad with kale, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and feta cheese.

Salad Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale chopped
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 0.5 cup walnuts toasted
- 0.25 cup feta cheese crumbled
Dressing Ingredients
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine chopped kale, pomegranate seeds, toasted walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
