Poke Bowl Recipe
A fresh and delicious poke bowl recipe that's easy to make at home.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 1 lb Fresh tuna, diced
- 1 cup Edamame, shelled
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Avocado, diced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Add diced tuna and mix well.
Assemble the poke bowls by placing a portion of sushi rice at the bottom of each bowl.
Top with marinated tuna, edamame, cucumber, avocado, and green onions.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
