Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 1 lb Fresh tuna, diced
  • 1 cup Edamame, shelled
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Avocado, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Add diced tuna and mix well.
  3. Assemble the poke bowls by placing a portion of sushi rice at the bottom of each bowl.
  4. Top with marinated tuna, edamame, cucumber, avocado, and green onions.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
