Filling
- 6 plums, pitted and sliced
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine plums, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the plums.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
