Main Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 lb plums, pitted and sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter, for greasing
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the flour, whisking until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Arrange the sliced plums in the greased baking dish.
Pour the batter over the plums.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the clafouti is puffed and golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
