Main Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups All-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
Preheat the pizzelle iron.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until thick.
Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
Sift together the flour and baking powder, and blend into the batter until smooth.
Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto the heated pizzelle iron. Close the lid and cook for about 30 seconds, or until steam stops coming out of the iron.
Remove cookies from the iron and cool on a wire rack.
