Instructions
Beat eggs and sugar until thick.
Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; add to egg mixture.
Drop by spoonfuls onto preheated pizzelle iron.
Bake until golden brown, about 30 seconds.
Remove and cool on wire racks.
