Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until thick.
  2. Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; add to egg mixture.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto preheated pizzelle iron.
  5. Bake until golden brown, about 30 seconds.
  6. Remove and cool on wire racks.
