Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  6. 6. Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and let rest for 10 minutes.
