Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix 3.4 oz package
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple 20 oz can, undrained
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 container Cool Whip 8 oz container, thawed
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts optional

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice).
  2. Stir in the mini marshmallows and Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped nuts if using.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
