A simple and hearty pinto beans recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pinto Beans dried
- 6 cups Water
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
1. Rinse and sort the pinto beans.
2. In a large pot, combine beans, water, onion, and garlic.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until beans are tender.
4. Add salt and cumin, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
