- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 container whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, ½ cup sugar, and melted butter. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and drained pineapple.
Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled pretzel crust. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
