- 1 can Pineapple rings drained
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg beaten
- ½ cup Milk
- as needed Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the beaten egg and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Dip each pineapple ring into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
5. Fry the coated pineapple rings in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
