Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup Pineapple diced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Bell Pepper chopped
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
- 1 Lime cut into wedges
- Cilantro for garnish
1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Add bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. Push veggies to the side and pour in beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
3. Add rice, pineapple, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.
4. Stir in green onions. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro and lime wedges.
