- 4 cups pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks and brown sugar. Spread this mixture evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the pineapple.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pineapple is bubbly.
