Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. Blend the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
