Cake Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 units Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking soda.
Add the crushed pineapple with juice, eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before serving.
