- 4 cups bread, cubed day-old bread works best
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until well blended.
Add the cubed bread and crushed pineapple to the mixture. Stir until the bread is well coated.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
