- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 units eggs
- 1 can mandarin oranges undrained
- ½ cup vegetable oil
Frosting
- 1 can crushed pineapple undrained
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container Cool Whip
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, mandarin oranges with juice, and vegetable oil. Mix until well blended.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting by mixing the crushed pineapple with juice, instant vanilla pudding mix, and Cool Whip in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator.
Once the cake is done, let it cool completely before frosting. Spread the chilled frosting over the cooled cake.
Refrigerate the cake for at least an hour before serving.
