Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 7 g Yeast
  • 250 ml Warm Water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 6 pieces Sausages cooked and sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  3. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Place the sliced sausages on top.
  7. Roll the dough with sausages inside and place it on a baking tray.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
