Philly Style Chicken Cheese Steak Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, using chicken instead of beef.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
3. Add the thinly sliced chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
4. Divide the chicken mixture into four portions in the skillet. Place a slice of provolone cheese over each portion. Let it melt.
5. Toast the hoagie rolls if desired. Place each portion of the chicken and cheese mixture into a hoagie roll.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
