Philly Cheese Steak Sloppy Joes
A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheese steak, made into a sloppy joe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 1 cup Green bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for another 5 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
4. Spoon the beef mixture onto the hamburger buns. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
