Ingredients 

Crust

  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies crushed
  • ½ cup Butter melted

Filling

  • 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream cold
  • 12 pieces Oreo cookies chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. 4. Gently fold in chopped Oreos. Spread the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve chilled.
