Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 4 packages Philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Large eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter until well blended. Press firmly onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 55 minutes or until the center is almost set. Run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen the cake; cool before removing the rim. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
