Philadelphia New York Cheesecake Recipe
A classic, creamy New York-style cheesecake made with Philadelphia cream cheese.

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Melted butter
Filling
- 4 packages Philadelphia cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 4 Large eggs
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter until well blended. Press firmly onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake for 55 minutes or until the center is almost set. Run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen the cake; cool before removing the rim. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
