Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup Pesto Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pesto sauce.
  5. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  6. Drizzle the olive oil over the top and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
