Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Pasta any type
  • 200 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth to make the pesto.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the pesto. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
