  • 500 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon Pesto
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they release their moisture and start to brown.
  4. Stir in the pesto and cook for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
