Pepper Steak Recipe
A simple and delicious pepper steak recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon salt
1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
2. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining oil, bell peppers, and onion. Cook until tender.
4. Return the beef to the skillet. Add soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
5. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
