Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 large Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Cooked rice

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add bell pepper and onion. Cook until tender.
  4. 4. Return beef to skillet. Add beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Serve over cooked rice.
